The Best Available Rate is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including, but not limited to: membership, corporate, government, promotional, group, packages, unpublished or rates only available on auction websites.
Resort credits are per room, for every two paid nights up to a maximum value of $200 for a stay of eight nights or more. Credit may be applied towards most hotel services and amenities with the exception of room rate, taxes, gratuities and resort/service fees. Credit will be applied to folio at time of checkout. Unused portions of the credit will be forfeited at checkout and not reimbursed in cash or applied to future stays. Offer includes one (1) $25 casino match bet coupon per room per stay to be redeemed at the casino where room is booked, except for Caribe Hilton San Juan and Condado Lagoon Villas at Caribe Hilton, where the casino match bet coupon is valid only at the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza’s casino. Casino match bet coupon is not redeemable for cash and hotels are under no obligation to replace lost or stolen coupons. Up to two welcome drinks vouchers will be provided at time of check-in. Service of alcohol is subject to state and local laws. Must be of legal drinking age. Spa discounts are is non-transferrable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used during future stays.
